Here is how Compasse works. Compasse is a comfort and communication tool. It is not a medical device and it is not an emergency service. Your first week is free. After that it is $29 a month. If Compasse is not right for your family in your first 30 days of paying, tell us and we refund it in full. You can cancel anytime, online, at compasse.care/manage.html. If care ends, we stop billing right away and refund the rest of that month. You sign up on this site, and the app is sign-in only. The full Terms of Service will be published here in the same plain English.

In the meantime, the promises that matter most are already how we work: Compasse is a comfort and communication tool, not a medical or emergency device. Your first week is free, you can cancel anytime in one tap, and if care ends we stop billing right away and refund the rest of the month.
